Tennis - I started playing tennis in High School a really fell in love with the game. I've coached kids between 5 and 12 (I learned their sense of time is really short lol), tournament training juniors(it can really impressive how good some kids are), and seniors 60+(after all tennis is a lifetime sport). I both played and coached college tennis at Nassau Community College and CUNY Queens College and still have many life long friends from all over the world. You can always check out my latest tennis endeavors on my YouTube channel by clicking here.
Massage - soon after high school I didn't go to regular academic life however I went to New York College of Health Professions and got my License in Massage Therapy for the State of NY. I enjoyed learning so much about the body and it has shaped how I viewed the body since 2009 and I appreciate and continued to be fascinated by what the body can do. As an athlete myself I understand how important recovery is and couldn't recommend enough to other athletes to get massages. I typically focus on Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports (mainly for recovery purposes).
Fitness and Nutrition - I most recently found passion in the wellness space from losing over 75 lbs in 2025. At one point my life I stopped tennis and barely held up my fitness because I was so focused on another career path. It was a slow progression but one day I was done feeling like crap and so enough was enough. At 6'1" I weighed 251 lbs and got to roughly 171 lbs but it's easier to just say over 75 lbs. Since losing the weight I've felt so much better especially in the knees, back, and general mood. I hope I can continue to coach people, who feel how I felt, so they can get similar benefits.
Vegan - Yup I am vegan! However I haven't been so loud about it in the past because some times you get too much attention about it. I'm now starting to embrace the idea of more people knowing. But yes in 2016 I decided to fully go vegan, because I realized if I didn't have to eat animals then why should I. I just didn't believe it was right to kill a being that didn't want to die. I wasn't always the healthiest as my time being vegan, in fact I wasn't perfect at being vegan, but no ones a perfect vegan and I believe when you call yourself a vegan you saying "I'm trying to reduce the pain and suffering caused, in a practical way without fooling myself" Since we don't live in a vegan society I think we have to pick and choose the right battles. I'll continue to work on being the best example I can be.
